All rentals include access to our versatile event space, kitchen area, outdoor patio, lounge, private restroom, and Wi-Fi.

Bring your own decorations, catering, and event vendors in accordance with our venue policies.

Minimum rental: 4 hours. Setup, event time, and cleanup must fit within the reserved rental period.

Event Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Reservations & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days before your scheduled event.

Reservations made within 14 days of the event require payment in full at booking.

Cancellations

  • 30 or more days before your event: Your deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded.

  • 15–29 days before your event: Your deposit is non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to availability. Any payments beyond the deposit will be credited toward the rescheduled event.

  • 14 days or less before your event: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

  • No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 15 days' advance notice. The new event date must fall within 90 days of the original reservation and is subject to availability.

Rental Time

All event rentals must include setup, event activities, breakdown, and cleanup within the reserved rental period. Additional time is subject to availability and applicable fees.
